Every day presents an opportunity to do something new—and you can be part of it. **\#VemSerVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with tasks such as data analysis, organization of technical information, and support in failure analysis, aiming to improve equipment and process stability and performance; * Participate in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies, performance indicator tracking, and report generation; * Classify and organize technical data, create informative dashboards, and analyze large volumes of data to identify risks; * Maintenance support: Assist in reviewing maintenance plans, creating and managing work orders, and developing maintenance procedures; * Failure analysis: Participate in root cause analysis of failures and propose solutions to optimize equipment and reduce production losses; * Documentation and reporting: Prepare presentations to track results and keep relevant information up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Students currently enrolled in Production, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Materials, or Industrial Engineering programs; * Skills: Analytical mindset, proactivity, curiosity, strong communication ability, and ease working in teams; * Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; intermediate English is frequently a differentiating factor; * This position offers the opportunity to apply engineering knowledge, develop analytical and communication skills, and gain hands-on experience with tools such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), FMEA, and RCA. **Additional Information** Our **Way of Being** places \#**Health\_and\_Safety** at its core.
