To help us build a safer world, we are seeking an End-to-End Product Validation Analyst. What does this professional do? They will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of hardware, firmware, and platforms, meeting regulatory requirements, carrier certifications, and customer quality specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties:** 1. Conduct functional testing of embedded hardware, firmware, and telematics and connectivity modules, verifying compliance with technical specifications. 2. Test backend platforms, applications, and portals, ensuring correct integration among hardware, software, and user/client interfaces. Analyze customer-reported failures and generate reports or product change requests. 3. Validate new software versions and updates, ensuring consistency between delivered functionalities and user stories. 4. Lead and document regulatory validation processes with Brazilian certification bodies (e.g., ANATEL) and mobile network operators. 5. Prepare reports on identified issues, propose improvements, and log them in management tools (e.g., issues list). 6. Support regional hardware and software development teams by providing technical feedback on new requirements and product enhancements. 7. Conduct tests, simulations, and diagnostics in laboratory and/or field environments using measurement tools and log extraction utilities. 8. Ensure traceability of technical requirements, test cases, and obtained results. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma * 3 years of experience * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Prior experience in validation of embedded hardware, backend systems, applications, and system integration. * Knowledge of mobile networks (2G/3G/4G/5G, Cat-M, NB-IoT) and communication protocols. * Experience with ANATEL certification processes and carrier homologations. * Strong analytical skills, ability to prepare technical reports, and clear communication. * Technical knowledge of automotive network analysis and validation tools such as Vehicle Spy, CANalyzer, or similar. * Technical English proficiency for reading specifications and interacting with global teams. Minimum Educational Requirement: Postgraduate Specialization / MBA Desired Education: Telecommunications Engineering, Higher Education Willingness to travel
