Job Summary: A professional to supervise and coordinate IT infrastructure projects, ensuring the smooth operation of NSTI services and their components. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in IT service management **Description of responsibilities the professional will perform:** Supervise and coordinate the execution of projects and activities under the responsibility of NSTI and its components; Inform the Court of any issues that may hinder the smooth operation of services; **Required Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:** Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Microsoft Fabric database technologies. Proficiency in delivering Microsoft SQL Server database solutions on Azure cloud. Professional experience in coordination, implementation, and/or administration of relational database (SQL) computational infrastructure projects, covering all phases from planning through to actual operational deployment of the environment. **Certifications:** Microsoft Certified IT Professional certification for MS SQL Server OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. ITIL Foundation Certification v4 or higher OR PMP (Project Management Professional) certification OR equivalent. **Education:** A duly registered undergraduate degree diploma in Information Technology, issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); OR a duly registered undergraduate degree diploma in any field, issued by a MEC-recognized higher education institution, accompanied by a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours, issued by a MEC-recognized higher education institution. **Years of Experience:** Minimum of 10 (ten) years’ verifiable experience in technical support management or technical project management within an IT infrastructure environment, specifically in services of the same nature as the Technical Infrastructure Services Unit under their responsibility.
