




Job Summary: Analyst responsible for importing bank statements, reconciliations, claim analysis and appeals, tracking claim status, and interacting with internal departments and health insurers, using spreadsheets and reports. Experience in claim appeals/Billing/Finance . **Responsibilities and Duties** * Importing bank statements and reconciling receipts and payments; * Analyzing claims received from health plans, identifying reasons, amounts, and types of denials; * Submitting appeals within established deadlines; * Analyzing accounts, authorizations, contracts, and supporting documents required for appeals; * Tracking the status of submitted appeals and monitoring response deadlines and receipt timelines; * Maintaining updated records via spreadsheets (billing, claim denials, receipts, and losses); * Interacting with internal departments (billing, customer service, and relationship management); * Contacting health insurers for clarifications, negotiations, and process follow-up; * Identifying root causes to support preventive actions and process improvements; * Closing and controlling processes through spreadsheets and reports; * Monitoring and collecting receivables; * Ensuring confidentiality and security of information in compliance with information security and data protection policies and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Finance, or related fields) Courses: Basic/Intermediate Excel Experience: Experience in claim appeals/Billing/Finance.
