Position: Mechanical Engineer The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of mechanical systems and installations in construction projects and developments, ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, deadlines, and safety. Main Responsibilities: * Develop and/or analyze mechanical installation projects (HVAC, exhaust, ventilation, gas, fire protection, plumbing). * Perform sizing of equipment, materials, and networks. * Support the procurement department in the technical definition of materials and services. * Monitor field execution, verifying compliance with design and standards. * Conduct measurement and control of completed work. * Participate in coordination and project progress meetings. * Issue technical reports and follow-up assessments. * Manage the technical team of installers and assistants, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Provide technical responses to requests and inquiries from inspection bodies, public agencies, and clients. Technical and Behavioral Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (with active CREA registration) * Experience in construction or building installations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Leadership skills, organizational ability, clear communication, and teamwork. * Proactive, resilient profile with a results-oriented mindset. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Problem-solving capability **Salary negotiable**
