Requires logical reasoning and an analytical profile for investigation **JUNIOR RECONCILIATION ANALYST** **Summary:** Execute bank reconciliation routines by comparing bank statements with system records. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze reconciliation data by cross-referencing information across different databases. * Resolve non-reconciled items/discrepancies through analytical investigation and coordinate corrections. * Record and track resolution activities in internal workflows/systems. * Support continuous improvement of reconciliation processes. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Experience:** * Bank reconciliation and financial routines. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Technical Competencies:** * Perform bank and/or accounting reconciliations. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Logical and ANALYTICAL reasoning for investigating inconsistencies. * Analytical/curious mindset. * Attention to detail and critical thinking to identify discrepancies. * Ability to work with high-volume datasets. * Discipline and commitment to executing daily routines. **Other Requirements:** * ERP Protheus experience is a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance, medical and dental plans, Well Hub, and other partnerships.
