Experience with TOTVS systems and 5S/Lean Manufacturing methodologies **WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree in ***Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering*** or related fields. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience in industrial warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing industries (***plastic, metallurgical, steel*** or similar); * Experience with **cyclic and general inventories**; * Familiarity with **MRP / PCP** and integration with production; * Knowledge of inventory indicators (***turnover, coverage, accuracy***); * Ability to read and interpret *Production Orders*; * Basic understanding of inventory costs; * Intermediate Excel skills (control spreadsheets, verification sheets, and reports); * Experience with the **TOTVS** system (Protheus or similar); * Recording and controlling inventory receipts and issues; * Inventory movement; * Opening and closing Production Orders; * Product structure and master data registration; * Inventories and adjustments; * Knowledge of physical and system-based inventory control; * Experience in material receiving, NF-e verification, and validation against purchase orders; * Knowledge of material storage and location management; * Understanding of internal logistics and production supply; * Knowledge of **5S or Lean Manufacturing**; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$8,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
