Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring food production while adhering to safety, hygiene, and quality procedures, and handling ingredients and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to Unilever’s safety, health, and environmental standards. 2. Handling and portioning of ingredients for food production. 3. Performing mixing, baking, and cleaning of equipment. * Participate in DDS at shift start. • Ensure SOIs are up to date. • Comply with SHE Policy: Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards per Unilever requirements and applicable legislation; report any conditions or acts below standard. • Portion ingredients according to recipe in Wrong Addition. • Ensure all ingredients are identified per procedure. • Follow FIFO for raw materials. • Complete material verification checklists prior to product manufacturing. • Perform ingredient mixing per recipe in mixers and collect samples for analysis. • Move materials using manual or electric pallet jacks. • Adhere to established baking parameters per procedure. • Dismantle and clean equipment parts per procedure. • Ensure adherence to the production plan. • Complete documentation dossiers for portioned, mixed, and baked ingredients. • Maintain updated UNIU training records. • Place empty trays and remove filled trays from Mimac. • Demold baked granola trays and pack into 20-kilogram bags. • Dispose of waste in designated bins, clean floors, and organize the work area.
