**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure and systems solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
* Provide technical leadership for strategic projects involving technology upgrades, integration, and modernization.
* Manage critical server, network, storage, cloud, and information security environments, ensuring high availability.
* Serve as a mentor for Junior and Mid-level professionals, defining technical standards, reviewing scripts, and disseminating best practices in systems administration.
* Analyze risks, propose policies, and define contingency and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
* Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to support strategic investment and IT architecture decisions.
* Manage and optimize hybrid environments (on\-premise and cloud), ensuring appropriate performance and cost efficiency.
* Develop and review IT procedures, standards, and policies, aligned with corporate compliance and security requirements.
* Ensure governance and lifecycle management of technology assets, maintaining inventory, licensing, and version control.
* Proactively mitigate vulnerabilities and implement information security controls.
* Define and validate backup strategies and disaster recovery plans (DRP) for hybrid infrastructures.
* Administer and architect complex Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID (Azure AD) environments, ensuring access governance and security.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
* Proven experience in mid-level or senior IT roles.
* Proficiency in network, server, operating system, and security administration.
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Hyper\-V (Failover Clustering, Replication).
* Expertise in Windows Server and core services (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, WSUS).
* Solid experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid environments.
* Ability to develop complex PowerShell scripts for automating routine tasks.
* Knowledge of configuration and orchestration tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, or similar).
* Familiarity with system integration via n8n or REST APIs.
* Advanced diagnostic capability and proactive response to critical incidents.
* Participation in a compensated on-call rotation among infrastructure team members.
* Experience in DevOps and containerized environment management is a plus.
