Support the Manager in people management * Brief Description: Coordinate operational processes to ensure targets set for all departments are achieved, and monitor process performance indicators. * Detailed Description * Ensure working hours and service coverage. * Coordinate arrival times of shuttle vehicles at the branch. * Coordinate Base teams. * Monitor and participate in cargo unloading, verification, and sorting. * Perform and guide organization during receiving, palletizing of goods, and loading. * Participate in scanning, importing data into Comprovei, loading, and vehicle dispatch. * Participate in resolving incidents and in return and proof-of-delivery processes. * Ensure Base cleanliness and organization. * Monitor and participate in transfer reporting processes. * Track delivery progress via Comprovei, providing telephone support when necessary. * Send delivery status updates—including incidents—to the responsible person. * Support the Manager in people management.
