Support for strategic decisions across various areas **Controller Position \- Controller Manager** **Work Location: Concórdia \- SC** **Responsibilities and Desired Experience** Experience as Controller and/or in controller functions and/or accounting Balance sheet analysis Analysis of Financial Income Statement (DRE) Manage the routine of cost reporting, develop and systematize the budgeting routine, and monitor budgeted vs. actual performance; Automate processes Monitor company performance evolution, presenting critical analyses and forecasts; Analyze monthly closing results, evaluating opportunities for cost and expense reduction actions; Support strategic decisions in finance, sales, industrial, procurement, and logistics areas based on cost analysis and procedures; Design and monitor value and volume targets with the business unit and track commercial agreements. Accounting and tax coordination with controller function alongside finance administration Manage company budget Manage team, among other responsibilities Desired education: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields Employment type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$5\.035,29 \- R$12\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
