Perform support and maintenance for computers, printers, and peripherals. Install and maintain wired and Wi-Fi networks. Configure and support Windows Server with Active Directory. Provide basic support in Linux environments. Install and configure software and security tools. Monitor and maintain network infrastructure. Perform backup routines. Diagnose faults and implement preventive and corrective solutions. Previous experience as a Technical Support Analyst, IT Specialist, Maintenance Technician, or IT Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Completed technical qualification required.
