Ticket registration and tracking in the help desk system A food products supplier is seeking an IT Assistant in Pomerode (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Handling Level 1 (N1) support tickets\. Providing user support (hardware, software, and internal systems). Installing and configuring computers, printers, and peripherals. Assisting with network administration (Wi\-Fi, cabling, internet). Creating and managing users (Active Directory, e\-mail, etc.). Registering and tracking tickets in the system (help desk). Escalating incidents to higher levels (N2/N3\). Assisting with IT asset inventory. Previous experience in Technical Support, Support Assistant, Support Analyst, or IT Technician roles may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
