Technical guidance to the legal team **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** Responsible for the technical conduct of legal proceedings in the areas of social security, labor, civil, and banking consumer law, performing in-depth legal analysis, defining procedural strategies, and drafting complex legal documents. Acts with a high degree of autonomy in process management, participation in hearings, and providing technical guidance to the legal team, ensuring technical quality, legal security, and strict adherence to procedural deadlines. **JOB ACTIVITIES:** * Analyze complex legal cases and define procedural strategies. * Draft initial petitions, procedural statements, and higher-complexity legal appeals. * Conduct judicial proceedings under one's technical responsibility. * Perform legal feasibility analysis for new claims. * Participate in judicial hearings, including evidentiary and judgment hearings. * Provide technical support to clients for legal clarification and guidance on procedural strategies. * Request and analyze documents required for procedural evidence. * Conduct case law and doctrinal research to technically substantiate legal documents. * Analyze and review calculations related to social security and banking litigation. * Monitor procedural developments in electronic judicial systems. * Update procedural information in the firm's internal systems. * Guide junior lawyers and legal assistants in conducting routine procedural tasks. **POSITION COMPETENCIES** **EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:** Required: Completed Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Desirable: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Social Security Law, Labor Law, Civil Law, or Consumer Law. **EXPERIENCE:** Required: Minimum 6–10 years of legal practice in law firms or corporate legal departments. Desirable: Proven experience in managing social security, labor, civil, or banking consumer litigation. **COMPETENCIES:** Technical: Advanced expertise in drafting complex procedural documents, strategic legal analysis, interpretation of legislation and case law, conducting hearings, using electronic procedural systems, and analyzing contracts and calculations related to social security and banking litigation. Behavioral: Advanced analytical ability, technical accountability, organization, informal technical leadership, professional demeanor, ethics, clear communication with clients and team members, ability to make sound legal decisions, and capacity to operate effectively in high-volume litigation environments. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INFORMATION – CLT REGIME** R$ 5.500,00 + bonus * Overtime payment when applicable * Birthday day-off **WORK SCHEDULE INFORMATION** On-site schedule: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **RESIDENCE REQUIREMENTS:** The candidate must reside in Fraiburgo or nearby cities such as Videira, Lebon Régis, Monte Carlo, and Tangará, within a radius of up to 20 km or up to 1 hour and 30 minutes commuting time.
