Support strategic decision-making Job Description The Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing, controlling, and monitoring the company's financial activities, ensuring proper cash flow management, financial data analysis, and support for strategic decision-making. The professional monitors financial operations, prepares financial and managerial reports, and develops controls that contribute to the organization's financial health. Main Responsibilities: Conduct analysis and control of the company's cash flow Prepare financial and managerial reports Analyze revenues, expenses, and financial results Perform bank reconciliations and manage financial transactions Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable Support the development of financial planning and budgeting Monitor financial indicators and support decision-making Ensure organization and control of financial documents Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields Experience in financial routines and financial analysis Knowledge of cash flow control and financial reporting Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience in corporate financial planning and budgeting Familiarity with ERP systems or financial management software Experience in financial indicator analysis Knowledge of financial modeling or economic feasibility analysis Skills: Analytical thinking Organization Attention to detail Ability to interpret financial data Proactivity Clear communication Decision-making ability Compensation: R$6\.800,00 per month Selection Question(s): * 1\.
