Within the Acelera Maker Program, the development student’s main responsibilities include actively participating in technical training, attending both theoretical and practical software development courses—with special emphasis on COBOL and .NET technologies. The participant will support system development, maintenance, and enhancement under the guidance and supervision of experienced professionals. During the program, students are expected to demonstrate commitment to learning, interest in acquiring new knowledge, ability to work collaboratively, and openness to feedback. They will also have opportunities to contribute to real company projects, applying knowledge gained throughout the training period.
