Teaching Technician (Management) (Monthly Contract) \- RP 18178 \- Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL) What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Deliver classes for Apprenticeship, Qualification, Professional Development, and Technical courses; Apply theoretical and practical learning activities (in workshops and laboratories) within your area of expertise; Develop teaching materials and lesson plans; Participate in pedagogical meetings and class councils; Implement learning activities that foster professional development, monitoring procedures and techniques that simulate real-world labor market conditions; Organize and prepare physical spaces, tools, and other audiovisual resources in laboratories and workshops under your responsibility, ensuring an appropriate environment for learning; Ensure safety, hygiene, and environmental protection in learning areas, providing guidance on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), monitoring their condition, and performing cleaning and disinfection according to technical standards; And other duties relevant to the role. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements? Completed Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Quality Management Technology, Industrial Processes Technology, or related fields; and/or a completed Technical degree in the above-mentioned areas combined with a completed Bachelor’s degree in another field; Knowledge and training in Occupational Safety Engineering or Occupational Safety Technician qualification will be considered an advantage; Experience in mechanical and/or industrial automation fields; Teaching experience is desirable; Basic/Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Willingness to undertake occasional travel; **Desirable knowledge of management and quality tools:** Quality Tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5W2H, Pareto); Desirable knowledge of Metrology; Quality Planning and Control; Process Control; Risk Analysis (FMEA); Lean Manufacturing.
