The role combines architecture definition, people management, and project management within a multidisciplinary team comprising backend developers (Java and Go), frontend developers (Web/JS), mobile developers (Kotlin/Swift), and QA engineers. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the team’s technical leader, guiding architectural decisions, best practices, and code quality; * Bridge technology and business, ensuring clarity of priorities and technical consistency in deliverables; * Lead agile ceremonies and routines, supporting execution and evolution of the team across complex projects; * Foster technical and behavioral growth of the team, emphasizing collaboration and autonomy; * Serve as guardian of the technical architecture and product vision, helping build scalable and secure solutions within our Digital Bank context. **Requirements** * Solid experience as a specialist or Tech Lead in product teams; * Experience developing and maintaining digital products in multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of distributed architecture, APIs, and software engineering best practices; * Experience with agile methodologies and end-to-end delivery tracking; * Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams; * Experience with observability and production issue resolution; * Organized approach and strong documentation standards; * Experience in fintechs or regulated environments is desirable; * Experience with any of the mentioned technologies (Go, Java) and high-performance environments is desirable.
