Job Summary: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, ensuring perfect operation and adherence to the brand's high-quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and continuous learning JOB OBJECTIVE Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motor vehicles, ensuring they are in perfect working condition and meet the high-quality standards of the brand represented by the dealership. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures using specialized tools and equipment; Prepare quotations, negotiate services, and clarify customer inquiries clearly and courteously; Execute high-complexity maintenance tasks while strictly adhering to the brand's technical and safety standards; Perform disassembly, inspection, replacement, and reassembly of mechanical components; Carry out oil changes and lubrication; Accurately and systematically open and close service orders; Provide excellent customer relationship management via email, phone, or WhatsApp; Request parts through the internal system; Schedule vehicle washes when necessary; Issue invoices for parts and services, specifying payment methods; Assist fellow technicians with highly specialized tasks requiring teamwork.
