Requirements * Proficiency in PHP and frameworks (preferably Laravel). * Practical experience with advanced MySQL. * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience using Git in teams. * Experience with complex API integrations. What We Truly Expect from a Mid-Level Developer: * Solid experience (minimum 3 years) with PHP and Laravel or another robust framework. * Proven ability to develop complete features end-to-end—from conception to delivery—not just maintenance. * Practical mastery of MySQL, including optimized queries and efficient data modeling. * Real-world experience with robust API integrations. * Consistent use of Git in teams (branches, pull requests, organized versioning). * Functional frontend experience (JavaScript) to work full-stack. Important Differentiator: Experience with AI We do not require specialization, but highly value candidates who already use AI daily in development. This may include: * Consuming AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.). * Integrating models into backend applications. * Creating intelligent automations, agents, or using embeddings. * Applying prompting techniques in backend contexts for text/image generation or automated decision-making. Main Responsibilities We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to strengthen our technology team, contributing to building and evolving our products. We seek someone with proven delivery experience, technical autonomy, and the ability to seamlessly navigate between backend and frontend—always focused on quality, performance, and best practices. * Develop new features from scratch, ensuring scalability, security, and quality. * Maintain and evolve existing systems with a focus on performance. * Implement and consume complex third-party API integrations. * Work with advanced MySQL (complex joins, stored procedures, indexes, optimizations). * Develop frontend interfaces and components (JavaScript). * Create and maintain tests, documentation, and support the product team. * Participate in architectural decisions, technical standards, and continuous improvement. * Work within agile methodologies (Scrum), contributing technical insights and suggestions for evolution.
