





Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or Marketing (with focus on data and digital performance); * Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Qlik Sense, Advanced Excel, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, ETL, and data modeling; * Experience in digital performance analysis and expertise in e-commerce KPIs; * Analytical, organized, and curious profile, with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proactivity; * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, with ownership mindset, business acumen, and results orientation; * Autonomy and adaptability to operate in a dynamic, data-driven environment. * Support the e-commerce commercial planning and budgeting cycle, focusing on digital metrics; * Implement, monitor, and validate tags and events in tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Firebase; * Build and maintain digital performance dashboards and reports, tracking conversion funnels, traffic, campaigns, and user behavior; * Conduct journey, engagement, and conversion analyses to identify optimization opportunities and bottlenecks in the user experience; * Automate and validate digital data collection and QA routines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity; * Consolidate campaign and media channel results to support sales forecasts and digital marketing targets; * Collaborate with Data Engineering to structure staging and consumption layers for web analytics; * Document tags, events, metrics, and owners in the digital channel data dictionary; * Propose data-driven improvements to enhance performance, user experience, and customer acquisition; * Maintain a collaborative, analytical, and empathetic attitude, even under high-pressure situations; * Participate in trainings and alignment sessions on digital measurement tools and processes. 2512010202191839574
