Perform standard procedures for startup, shutdown, and preventive maintenance of equipment. Monitor and adjust operating parameters—such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate—according to process specifications. Collect and analyze samples, recording production and quality data. Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating to maintenance when necessary. Assist in cleaning and organizing the work area, adhering to safety and environmental practices. ? Required Knowledge Technical knowledge of crushing, grinding, and oil extraction processes. Skills in reading and interpreting data, charts, and process indicators. Ability to work collaboratively, with attention to detail and commitment to safety. Availability to work rotating shifts. ? Specific Knowledge Technical course in Industrial Processing or Chemistry. Experience with automation and process control systems. Safety certifications (NR\-12, NR\-13, etc.). ? Academic Qualifications Completed high school education. Experience with industrial processes ?
