If you are a person with disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our Yellow Blood Heroes team and become the protagonist of a success story! **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR APPLICATION** * Completed undergraduate degree with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Knowledge of and ability to apply quality tools (Flowcharts, Ishikawa Diagram (Fishbone), Check Sheets, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Scatter Diagrams, and Control Charts); * Willingness to travel; * Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Occupational Hygiene and use of environmental monitoring equipment; * Accident analysis and investigation techniques; * Demonstrated success cases as a professional in Occupational Safety (e.g., cost reduction, accident/incident reduction, process improvement, etc.). * **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contesting fines and/or notifications issued by the Ministry of Labor. * Monitoring PGR (Risk Management Plan) across branches in Rio Grande do Norte (RN) and Ceará (CE). * Conducting environmental measurements at client sites and/or branches to collect data and assess existing risks. * Accompanying labor experts and inspectors from headquarters, branches, and clients. * Providing advisory support to the Legal Department. * Preparing expert reports for special retirement applications. * Supporting and guiding CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) activities and activation. * Supporting, advising, and handling matters related to SESMT (Specialized Service in Occupational Safety and Medicine) via document management portals with clients. * Willingness to travel. **WORK LOCATION: NATAL - RN
