Growth opportunities **None:** **?Job:** Biodiesel Process Operator II **Location:** Passo Fundo/RS \- On-site position ✨ About the Opportunity Operate the biodiesel industrial plant through neutralization and transesterification processes, ensuring production complies with quality standards and established targets. ?️ Key Responsibilities Perform neutralization of degummed oil and animal fat according to operational procedures, ensuring specifications are met for biodiesel production. Operate the physical refinery process per operational procedures, controlling temperature, flow rates, centrifuges, pressure, chemical dosing, and filtration. Carry out the transesterification process to achieve complete conversion of neutralized oil into biodiesel, applying technical knowledge aligned with established practices, safety regulations, policies, guidelines, and the company’s quality and environmental management systems—with emphasis on quality, continuous improvement, and deadlines. Operate factory alignment systems, centrifuges, and filter cleaning per operational procedures. Monitor supervisory systems, controlling plant shutdowns, startups, and adjustments to maximize efficiency. Ensure supply of necessary inputs to systems and equipment to maintain optimal industrial plant operation. Review laboratory analytical results and report deviations to the Leader/Facilitator. Perform minor maintenance repairs, such as replacing pipeline gaskets or opening equipment using manual wrenches. Clean the neutralization, refinery, and transesterification areas to maintain the industrial plant in good condition. Perform painting activities for machine, equipment, structural, floor, and wall preservation—supporting a more integrated and well-maintained workplace. ? Required Knowledge Intermediate understanding of the process, with ability to operate independently without direct supervision; Problem-solving capability, with supervision support; Critical analysis of processes and ability to propose improvements; Compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company-adopted Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health regulations. ? Academic Qualifications Relevant work experience.
