As a Senior Product Designer, your mission is to lead end-to-end design, connecting patient, healthcare professional, and partner needs to our strategic roadmap, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and high-impact experiences. **Responsibilities and duties** **You will be responsible for:** * Leading all stages of the design process: discovery, quantitative and qualitative research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and delivery. * Conducting interviews, surveys, and data analysis to deeply understand user journeys, pain points, and opportunities. Synthesizing insights into artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and flows. * Translating findings into scalable design solutions by creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and clear specifications for development. * Using and evolving our Design System by proposing new components, ensuring accessibility (WCAG), visual consistency, and delivery efficiency. * Collaborating closely with Product Managers, engineering teams, data teams, marketing, and clinical teams. Aligning solutions with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements, participating in agile ceremonies, and advocating for a user-centered vision. * Continuously measuring and evaluating user experience: defining OKRs/KPIs, interpreting metrics (task success rate, NPS, engagement), and iterating based on feedback and data. * Supporting less experienced designers, disseminating best practices, fostering design culture, and representing the team in strategic discussions. * Exploring market trends (AI/ML, personalization, data visualization, motion design) to innovate and differentiate experiences while staying up to date with emerging best practices and technologies. **Requirements and qualifications** **We expect from you:** * Proven, solid experience in digital product design (web and mobile), with a portfolio demonstrating impact on complex problems, user focus, and business outcomes; * Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, FigJam, Miro) and ability to quickly learn new tools. * Deep knowledge of design thinking methodologies, human-centered design, design systems, and usability heuristics; ability to define and monitor product metrics; * Experience conducting research (interviews, usability tests, surveys), facilitating workshops, and interpreting quantitative/qualitative data; * Strong analytical skills and strategic vision to align solutions with business goals and ROI, clearly articulating trade-offs to technical and executive audiences; * Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to tell compelling stories and justify design decisions; * Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Amplitude) and remote usability testing. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, or other regulated industries is a strong differentiator; familiarity with compliance (LGPD, HIPAA) and inclusive design; * Familiarity with health data visualization, gamification, and personalization; * Experience with motion design, microinteractions, AI/ML in design, behavioral science, or complementary education in health-related fields; experience in digital product consulting or agencies; * Active participation in design communities (publications, talks, workshops); * Background in digital product consulting, working with multiple clients and projects simultaneously; * Experience in service design and information architecture within complex contexts. **Additional information** **CAJU card**, monthly credit of R$ 1,059.00 distributed across categories: Meals, Groceries, Mobility, Health, Home Office, Culture, and Education; **AMIL S450 Health Plan – APTO**, with 30% co-payment for consultations and exams, and 40% for emergency services (PS); extendable to legal dependents (spouses and/or children up to age 24), with dependent costs deducted from payroll.
