JOB OBJECTIVE: The Data Engineer is responsible for applying technical knowledge to capture, transport, store, and optimize data to support the organization's analytical and operational needs, ensuring data integrity and efficient usage. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines; * Integrate data from various sources and ensure quality, consistency, and security; * Implement data storage systems such as lakehouses; * Optimize data ingestion and transformation processes; * Monitor and improve performance and efficiency of data systems; * Collaborate with data visualization teams and data analysts to help extract value from information; * Analyze internal system operations regarding company data and create strategies for data capture, transportation, and processing; * Design and structure data pipelines; * Assist in managing data storage systems; * Optimize data ingestion and transformation processes; * Assist in data domain modeling.
