Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** A professional who clearly expresses needs and opinions, and is open to listening, learning, and sharing acquired knowledge. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Maintaining the established codebase standards with support; * Solving technical problems using algorithms; * Identifying bugs, root causes, and appropriate solutions; * Knowledge of testing, metrics, as well as security practices, tools, and processes; * Supporting the team whenever requested; * Participating in necessary ceremonies and forums for your professional development and that of the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required expertise in:** * Java Development — Specialization in Java (JDK 8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and multithreading; * SQL & Database Management — Strong SQL knowledge, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and optimization techniques; * Microservices & API Development — Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with microservice architecture; * Performance Optimization — Proficiency in database indexing, query optimization, caching (Redis, Memcached), and JVM tuning; * Cloud & DevOps — Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); * Security & Best Practices — Understanding of authentication (OAuth, JWT), encryption, and secure development practices; * System Design & Scalability — Knowledge of distributed systems, message queues, and high-availability architectures.
