Carry out commercial, maintenance, and connection installation activities, including cutting and reconnecting services, inspections of water/sewage connections, installation of new water/sewage connections, and maintenance of the water supply system (transmission mains, distribution network, valves, service lines, and water meters). Carry out operations at water and sewage collection/treatment stations, well treatment, operation of motorized equipment, monitoring and recording of parameters enabling water quality assessment, physical-chemical water analyses, hydrobiological, physical-chemical, and bacteriological sewage analyses, and activities related to water and sewage pumping stations. Perform water meter reading collection, inspect connections, and conduct water cut-offs and reconnections, aiming to determine the monthly consumption of each consumer unit and maintain customer relationships to carry out surveys for continuous improvement of water supply, sewage collection, and treatment services.
