Job Summary:
We are seeking a Controller Analyst to support and ensure budgetary processes, monitor and oversee the management of budget balances and costs.
Key Highlights:
1. Support and ensure budgetary processes in accordance with the strategy.
2. Monitor and oversee the management of budget balances for the Holding company.
3. Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.
We are looking for a Controller Analyst to join our team. This person will support and ensure budgetary processes in line with the institution's strategy.
**What we expect from you:**
* Update, adjust, and organize registration data in TOTVS (cost centers, budgetary natures, etc.);
* Control and ensure all budget transfers and supplementary allocations whenever required, responding to GLPI tickets;
* Monitor and oversee the management of budget balances for the Holding company and its subsidiaries;
* Respond to tickets opened for the Planning and Controller Department (GLPI);
* Support the external Accounting Audit process when required;
* Control costs through internal audit;
* Record Payment Orders (invoices, receipts, rents, etc.) related to fixed contracts;
* Manage fixed supplier contracts (adjustments, deadlines, budgeting);
* Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in controller functions / budgeting / cost management;
* Experience preparing internal and external reports (IR);
* Desired knowledge in Budgeting and Financial Processes;
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
