The professional will be responsible for supporting the administrative routines related to the employer-employee relationship, ensuring compliance with labor legislation (CLT), hiring and termination processes, payroll, time tracking, benefits, e-Social, vacation management, and employee and client support. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related fields. * Prior experience in HR department routines. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially intermediate-level Excel). * Experience with eSocial systems.
