




Description: To participate in our process, you must have: * Education: High school diploma * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite * Preferred knowledge: Customer prospecting techniques, lead handling routine. * Good interpersonal skills (must interact with various departments of the dealership). * Organization, proactivity, persuasion power, and negotiation skills with customers. On a daily basis, you will: 1-Inventory management: Manage Toyota accessory inventory (placing parts orders). 2-Accessory sales: Identify opportunities to sell accessories to customers purchasing new, used, or after-sales vehicles, and collaborate with sales staff to present accessory options. 3-Accessory installation: Coordinate accessory installation on vehicles, including scheduling installation times and communicating with technicians. 4-Sales strategy development: Develop sales strategies to increase accessory sales, including creating promotions and special offers. 5-Customer communication: Communicate with customers to present accessory options and provide information regarding installation and product usage. 6-Warranty management: Manage warranties for certified accessories and work to resolve any issues or complaints. 7-Sales reporting control: Responsible for managing individual sales consultants’ sales and reporting to the dealership manager. 8-Team collaboration: Collaborate with sales, after-sales, service, and parts teams to ensure accessories are effectively presented and installed. 9-Perform post-sales vehicle receipt checklists (when an accessory installation request is received) 10-Verify all installed accessories. 11-Responsible for ensuring the organization, replenishment, and attractive presentation of accessory display cases. 12-Provide support, as needed, to dealership teams and managers (sales, after-sales, used vehicles, direct sales). 251230020249445311
