Manage stakeholders, ensuring clear and objective communication regarding project progress, including interaction with tactical and strategic levels. Identify project-related risks, develop mitigation plans, and maintain records. Monitor capital expenditure (CAPEX) evolution per project, ensuring budget predictability and control. Ensure project deliverable quality, guaranteeing compliance with internal standards, technical requirements, and business expectations.
