Preventive and corrective maintenance **Job Description:** Ensure the proper functioning of Acioly Distribuidora's building facilities by coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on structures, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and equipment, thereby guaranteeing safety, preservation, and operational efficiency across all units. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; a technical course in electricity, construction, building maintenance, or related fields is an advantage. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in medium- to large-sized companies. * Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, and air-conditioning system maintenance, as well as contractor hiring and management, is desirable. * Availability to respond to emergency requests outside regular business hours when necessary. **Benefits:** * Company-provided mobile phone; * Commercial partnership agreements and discounts; * Free parking; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Compensation: R$2.000,00 per month
