What the Document and Contract Assistant Does The Contract Assistant is responsible for overseeing the complete contract management cycle, ensuring deadlines, document organization, and process compliance. This role involves controlling and renewing contracts through the system. It also resolves payment issues with suppliers and maintains files updated and organized by company/CNPJ. **Main Responsibilities:** Send invoices to departments via e\-mail so purchase orders can be generated, fulfilling financial obligations as agreed with suppliers. Generate invoice submission protocols and send invoices to the appropriate departments for system entry; Review supply requests from suppliers, analyzing and correcting data in electronic spreadsheets, then sending them to the finance department (spreadsheet and invoice), to ensure financial compliance with suppliers. **Requirements:** Completed High School (ongoing Higher Education or Technical Studies will be differentials); Experience with administrative routines; Proficiency in computer skills;
