Supporting operators and managing spare parts replacement About the Position We are looking for an **Electromechanical Technician** to join our maintenance team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring full equipment functionality at the facility by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, thereby contributing to the safety, reliability, and availability of production processes. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance on equipment; * Replace and calibrate sensors, actuators, and other semi-automated electromechanical components; * Carry out minor repairs on electrical panels, electrical control systems, and mechanical components; * Conduct periodic inspections, checklists, and equipment operational tests; * Perform lubrication, oil level checks, and mechanical re-tightening; * Assist with facility maintenance, performing minor electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic repairs; * Support preventive maintenance planning by developing inspection and lubrication schedules; * Record and close Work Orders (WOs), maintaining a history of all interventions performed; * Provide support to operators regarding proper equipment operation; * Monitor and manage the need for spare parts and maintenance materials; * Perform other related duties. Requirements * Technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation; * Knowledge of electric motors, frequency inverters, sensors, actuators, and pneumatic systems; * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and equipment manuals; * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards, especially: * NR-10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; * NR-12 – Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations; * NR-35 – Work at Heights; * Knowledge of electrical installation safety.
