




Main Responsibilities: 1\. Inventory Management and Control Control inventory receipts, shipments, and stock levels with high accuracy. Coordinate periodic and full inventory counts, analyzing discrepancies and root causes. Monitor critical, obsolete, and fast-moving materials. 2\. Warehouse Operational Processes Record and track all inventory movements. Ensure proper storage, organization, and preservation of materials. Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and best storage practices. 3\. Data Analysis and Performance Indicators Develop and monitor operational KPIs, such as: Inventory accuracy Order fulfillment time Inventory turnover Internal service level Inventory (accurate counts vs. discrepancies) Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar. Perform basic predictive analyses (e.g., seasonal demand, replenishment timing). Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities based on real data. 4\. Continuous Improvement and Efficiency Propose and implement cost-reduction and optimization projects. Automate inventory control and movement routines. Participate in digital transformation initiatives. 5\. Compliance, Audits, and Security Ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and audits. Apply 5S practices, material security protocols, and loss prevention measures. 6\. Leadership Support and Cross-Functional Collaboration Train and guide teams on processes and system usage. Serve as a technical reference for assistants and support staff. Collaborate closely with Procurement, Production, Maintenance, and IT to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows. Required Experience: Strong analytical mindset and data proficiency. Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools. Experience with Trello. Organizational skills, critical thinking, and focus on continuous improvement. Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in teams. Education and Experience: Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Advanced experience in warehouse operations and inventory management. Practical experience with KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis is essential.
