Job Requirements: * Manage internalized projects for the dedicated portals and applications team. * End-to-end planning and execution: scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication planning. * Capacity and resource management (people planning), including effort leveling and availability tracking. * Financial project control: forecasting, time/cost tracking, and variance analysis versus plan. * Change management (change requests), including logging, impact analysis, and stakeholder validation. * Facilitation of governance rituals: dailies, weeklies, status reports, meeting minutes, backlog grooming, QBR/MBR. * Practical application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid waterfall models where required. * Demand prioritization using frameworks such as MoSCoW, RICE, Eisenhower, or WSJF. * Provide technical support for web pages and digital environments, managing improvement projects and incident resolution. * Analyze inputs from business, target audience, and market benchmarking perspectives. * Coordinate activities across: + Planning + Information architecture + Functional and non-functional requirements + UX/UI + Layout and copywriting + Development and testing + UAT and implementation + Evolutionary and corrective maintenance * Coordinate an ongoing team for portals and applications, promoting alignment and efficient information flow. * Define technical requirements and portlets to be developed in Liferay, guiding the development team. * Propose timelines, phases, and delivery milestones for recurring demands and special projects. * Monitor adherence to visual guidelines, ensuring standardization of layout, colors, graphical elements, and information design. * Prepare consultative technical reports with evaluative opinions on compliance with digital governance. * Present market research on WebDesign trends, UX/UI, consumer behavior, and competitive benchmarking. * Manage portal content maintenance and updates, including requests from internal departments and regulatory bodies. * Monitor digital presence and internal channels, ensuring alignment with editorial line, tone of voice, and visual identity.
