Conduct periodic audits of all cost entries, ensuring traceability and financial accuracy. Develop and manage the annual Fleet Budget. Maintain relationships and conduct strategic negotiations with key suppliers to secure optimal partnership terms, costs, and technologies; Perform People Management, promoting development and high performance while ensuring cultural fit and technical qualification; Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of fleet management systems, restructuring information and optimizing KPIs for strategic decision-making. Manage fleet revenue control, monitoring vehicle and driver scheduling and availability; Ensure full compliance with internal procedures within the department. Oversee verification of amounts, payments, and issuance of invoices for reimbursement of various expenses, ensuring compliance and traceability. **Profile:** Postgraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering (Mechanical, Production or related fields), or equivalent disciplines. Solid experience in leadership and strategic fleet management (company-owned fleet) within medium- or large-sized enterprises, preferably in Logistics, Freight Transportation, or Logistics Operators. Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control (MPC), workshop management (in-house or outsourced), and technical expertise in heavy-vehicle (trucks, trailers, and equipment) maintenance and lifecycle management.
