This professional actively participates in the development and updating of procedures, develops, organizes, and delivers training, organizes and participates in strategic meetings, and monitors satisfaction surveys and internal audits. The analyst also provides support during the implementation of new units, delivers ongoing assistance to franchises, and collaborates on institutional projects and events.
