Ongoing professional training and mentoring RESPONSIBILITIES: The apprentice will perform operational activities in the production department, such as meat preparation and sorting, weighing, packaging, and labeling of products. They will also contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness, strictly adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. Throughout the program, the apprentice will receive continuous training and mentoring, developing essential skills for their professional development. REQUIREMENTS: \* Age: Between 18 and 22 years old; \* Education: Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; \* Organizational skills and attention to detail; \* Availability: Able to meet the company's required working hours (4 HOURS) and the apprenticeship program requirements.
