Systemic vision, analytical thinking, and results orientation As a **Senior PCP Analyst**, you will be responsible for **planning, monitoring, and analyzing production processes across Production Hubs and stores**, ensuring balance among demand, production capacity, costs, and inventory levels, with a focus on **optimizing organizational results**. We seek an analytical, dynamic, and results-oriented professional with strong expertise in KPI monitoring, cost control, and decision-making support. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for Production Hubs and stores, supporting management decision-making. * Monitor the performance of in-house manufactured products, analyzing results and preparing performance reports. * Monitor finished goods and raw material inventory levels across Production Hubs, stores, and Distribution Centers, ensuring balance among availability, turnover, and loss control. * Analyze costs of finished goods, evaluating adherence between actual and planned costs per standard recipes, proposing improvements and more efficient raw material alternatives. * Support industrial production planning by organizing demand, production capacity, and aligning with involved departments. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;** * Relevant work experience; * Advanced Excel skills; * SAP system knowledge (PP module) is desirable; * Power BI knowledge (basic/intermediate level) is desirable. **Skills and Competencies:** * Interpersonal communication, with ease in collaborating across multiple departments. * Systemic vision and analytical thinking. * Dynamic profile, with critical analysis and results orientation. * Proactivity, adaptability, and autonomy Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education:* Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Logistics, Bachelor's Degree * Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree * Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE * BENEFIT PROGRAMS * HEALTH PLAN * ON-SITE MEALS * DENTAL PLAN * IFOOD BENEFITS * TOTAL PASS
