Join us in this successful journey!! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Automation Engineering or related fields; * Experience in PCM implementation; * Knowledge of current national regulations (RDC301\), Office Suite, ERP, 5S, PCM, MTBF, MTTR. * Experience interpreting technical drawings, measurement instruments, and analysis of mechanical and standardized pneumatic systems. * Knowledge of NR10, NR11, NR12, N33, NR35 standards; * Experience managing maintenance teams; * Professional experience in manufacturing areas within metallurgical or furniture industries is desirable; knowledge of steels (special alloys) will be differentials. * Availability for relocation if necessary. **Project Proposal:** Work at the factory in Cláudio, controlling and defining preventive maintenance plans and performance indicators, aiming to contribute to reducing maintenance costs. Monitor maintenance department activities and others, pursuing continuous improvement. **Proposed Responsibilities:** * Ensure scheduling and control of preventive maintenance, lubrication, and inspection plans; * Perform critical analysis of maintenance performance indicators and participate in improvement initiatives; * Contribute to reducing industrial maintenance costs through expense tracking and monthly trend analyses; * Continuously review the technical scope of maintenance activities to identify improvement opportunities based on past experiences and interaction with other departments; * Ensure management of document inventory (technical manuals, reports, service orders, and others); * Monitor task execution by team members, ensuring proper use of required PPE for safety, measuring individual performance to support potential promotions; * Negotiate and monitor spare parts budgets with suppliers and outsourced services, as well as manage organization and maintenance of spare parts warehouse. **Main Challenges:** * Stay attentive to market developments and quickly learn new topics, translating technical insights into executive perspectives by providing comprehensive information so executives can make necessary decisions; it is essential to stay organized to avoid missing deadlines; * Actively engage in departmental processes, identify improvement opportunities, propose and implement changes that enhance process efficiency; * Present problems analytically, starting from a broad view and narrowing down to specific problem segments, translating technical language into executive language; **Profile:** Dynamic, proactive individuals eager for continuous personal and professional development.
