Provide basic support to users and departments The Computer Operator is a professional responsible for monitoring and operating computerized systems, ensuring the correct operation of equipment, software, and company processes. This role involves monitoring operational activities, entering and updating information in systems, generating reports, managing data, and providing basic user support. Key responsibilities include: * Operating company computers and internal systems; * Entering and verifying information; * Monitoring the operation of software and equipment; * Generating reports and documents; * Organizing digital files; * Providing basic support to users and departments; * Identifying and reporting system failures or inconsistencies; * Ensuring information security and confidentiality. The candidate must possess attention to detail, organizational skills, agility, strong communication abilities, and basic knowledge of computer science and operating systems.
