RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Conduct consultative sales with a focus on service excellence, delivering a differentiated customer experience; Prospect new customers through internal and external outreach, offering and negotiating solutions aligned with your area of expertise; Strategically use Espaço Smart’s tools and technologies; Master the products offered, continuously updating knowledge on sales, technical support, and application methods; Monitor daily sales and performance reports, planning actions to achieve commercial targets; Analyze customer scenarios and propose initiatives to increase productivity; Provide pre- and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty; Build, maintain, and manage an active customer portfolio. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Management, Business Administration, or related fields; Preferred: degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Technical Drawing; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), Internet, and CAD tools; Experience with CRM systems (Bitrix is a plus); Commercial experience in retail, preferably in civil construction, custom-built furniture, or dry construction; Skills in consultative selling and commercial intelligence; Knowledge of basic digital tools; Strong communication and analytical skills; Willingness to travel; Driver’s license category B.
