Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic Controller to ensure financial health, governance, and efficiency of internal processes, by developing and analyzing financial planning and leading internal controls. Leadership in internal controls and corporate governance We are looking for a Controller to play a strategic role within our team, ensuring financial health, governance, and efficiency of our internal processes. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA), or financial management areas; * Proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Power BI is a plus); * Knowledge of accounting standards, financial analysis, and internal controls; * Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities * Develop, monitor, and analyze financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting; * Conduct managerial analyses and propose continuous improvements for result optimization; * Consolidate and interpret financial indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making; * Ensure compliance of accounting, tax, and financial information; * Support internal and external audits; * Manage cash flow, margins, costs, and financial performance; * Lead internal control, compliance, and corporate governance processes; * Establish and monitor finance department policies, procedures, and routines.
