**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Perform food pre-preparation (cleaning, cutting, portioning, and organizing ingredients) according to instructions and standardized recipes. \- Assist in meal and food product preparation and finishing under the supervision of the technical supervisor. \- Use ingredients correctly to avoid waste and ensure proper utilization of food items. \- Ensure the quality, taste, appearance, and temperature of prepared foods. \- Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling and current sanitary regulations (ANVISA). \- Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and sanitation, including utensils, equipment, and work areas. \- Help monitor food expiration dates, storage conditions, and preservation methods. \- Assemble, portion, and package meals and food products. \- Support inventory control of ingredients, reporting replenishment needs. \- Operate kitchen equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. \- Follow technical and operational instructions from the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed elementary school (high school preferred). * Experience: Prior experience in industrial kitchens, restaurants, bakeries, rotisseries, or supermarkets is preferred. **• Technical and Behavioral Competencies:** o Basic knowledge of good food handling practices. o Food hygiene and safety. o Basic understanding of expiration date and storage control. o Organization, attention to detail, and teamwork.
