Job Summary: Professional to handle footwear export processes, including preparation and follow-up of documentation, international logistics, and foreign exchange procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Expertise in footwear export and foreign trade legislation. 2. Coordinate international logistics and legal compliance. 3. Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and government agencies. 3–5 years of experience in footwear export processes. Prepare and track documentation, customs clearance, international logistics, and foreign exchange procedures. Fluent English. Experience with foreign trade legislation, organization, communication, and prior footwear export experience. Perform administrative support tasks and process monitoring. Request, review, and ensure correct preparation of all export documentation, such as commercial invoices and transport documents. Coordinate international logistics, including selection of transportation modes (maritime, air, road), insurance negotiation, packaging, and pest control. Ensure all operations comply with legislation, including tariffs, fiscal classification, and taxation. Maintain contact with customers, suppliers, and government agencies. Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. Salary: R$ 5\.000,00, negotiable based on experience.
