Development of a continuous improvement project An automotive industry business is seeking an IT Apprentice in Gravataí. Adient is a global company specializing in automotive seating solutions. It designs, manufactures, and supplies seating systems to vehicle manufacturers worldwide. **Responsibilities:** Support the resolution of information technology-related issues in plant operations. Assist plant operations with activities such as issuing invoices, using printers and scanners, internet connectivity, telephony, and workstations, implementing temporary solutions when necessary. Contribute to executing backup procedures for local servers and applications according to the backup policy, ensuring appropriate frequency and retention. Periodically assist in backup restoration tests, as well as in restorations requested by business units and projects. Develop a continuous improvement project certified as Yellow Belt, supported by the internship mentor.
