We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and individuals from diverse generations. #JoinTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage team personnel by overseeing activities, aligning expectations, delivering feedback, conducting training, approving and adjusting timekeeping records, evaluating performance, and performing other related tasks—ensuring both team development and achievement of organizational objectives; Supervise activities carried out by the team(s), monitoring regional performance indicators; Train and update supervisors and technical staff on Telemont’s work procedures; Receive and monitor service and maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with defined targets; Monitor and intervene in areas negatively impacting performance indicators, designing and implementing refresher training for the team(s); Conduct internal meetings in an organized and objective manner, focused on achieving results; Prepare requests for hiring, equipment, and materials to meet team requirements; Manage work schedules and ensure coverage of forecasted demand, making necessary adjustments; Report outcomes to coordination and management; Comply with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) policies, procedures, standards, manuals, and regulations, promoting and supporting continuous improvement of the Management System; Restore basic and advanced configurations of microcomputers; Configure routers and modems; Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; Perform other duties of similar nature, complexity level, and responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; NR-10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; Driver’s License Category B Desirable: six months’ experience in this role. Knowledge of ADSL, LA, DTH technologies, and installation and maintenance processes; Technical course in Electrotechnology.
