Job Summary: Perform corrective and preventive building maintenance activities to ensure the preservation, functionality, and safety of industrial and administrative facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performing repairs on masonry, flooring, roofing, and plumbing Perform corrective and preventive building maintenance activities, focusing on civil infrastructure, finishing works, and support services, ensuring the preservation, functionality, and safety of industrial and administrative facilities, under technical guidance and in integration with other maintenance areas. **Activities/Responsibilities:** * Perform civil building maintenance services, including repairs on masonry, flooring, walls, roofing, gutters, partitions, ceilings, drywall, and minor painting and finishing tasks. * Perform visible and commonly used components' plumbing maintenance in building systems. * Support layout modifications, movement of lightweight structures, assembly and disassembly of partitions and enclosures. * Conduct visual inspections and corrections related to the physical integrity of facilities. **Required Qualifications:** * Proven experience in building maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, masonry, painting); * Basic knowledge of general maintenance tools and techniques; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Qualification courses in electrical, plumbing, or related fields; * Experience in corporate or industrial environments.
